Our prenatal yoga group classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of four participants per session, ensuring that every mother-to-be receives personal attention and guidance. Specially designed for women in their second trimester onwards, these classes offer a safe and nurturing space to support both the body and mind during pregnancy. It is crucial to attend specialized prenatal classes because many traditional yoga poses and certain breathing techniques are not suitable for expectant mothers — some may place unnecessary strain on the abdomen, overstretch ligaments, or affect blood flow, which can be harmful during pregnancy. Our tailored practice respects these changes, focusing instead on safe modifications that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
Beyond the physical benefits, prenatal yoga fosters a beautiful connection with your growing baby, encouraging bonding even before birth. Regular practice helps to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience, creating a peaceful environment for both mother and child. It also provides an opportunity to meet and share experiences with fellow pregnant women, building a sense of community and support. Classes are led by Agnes, our qualified yoga instructor and founder personally a compassionate mother of two grown-up daughters — who brings both professional expertise and heartfelt personal experience to guide you through this meaningful journey.
