This certification covered techniques, practice, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, as well as yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and ethical principles, all within the domains of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.

Lou’s teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in guiding her students toward the profound alignment of mind, body, and breath.
