For regular practitioners, beginners or those restarting their wellness routine, wanting to kickstart their fitness and wellness journey, and those without prior core experience In this class, let Teacher Agnes guide you on drills to strengthen your core, arms and shoulders so you will build greater strength and with regular practice, see yourself stronger which are especially important for ladies to protect yourselves from any possible falls or injuries, etc. Seniors are welcome too! Each class can be tailored to each students need as much as we can as we provide poses variations suitable to the persons needs and capabilities, so that you do not have to worry about not being able to perform certain poses or core workout. You just need to start somewhere and keep on moving and working on it, safely and most importantly enjoy the process, enjoy your yoga journey with us.
