Our Ladies-Only program is a 30min workout that uses Near Infra-Red Light and Ionzied Air to enhance and optimize your workout experience, targeting excellent fat burn and calories burned.
It also helps to detox, relieves body aches and pain, heals the joints, and has anti-aging and anti-cellulite effects.
The most amazing thing that makes this workout a great and positive experience is that you will not have muscle aches due to the fact that your muscles are already warmed up at the beginning. Plus, you enjoy TOTAL PRIVACY as you work out on your own, just like YOUR OWN PERSONAL WORKOUT SPACE! (We will guide you on the first session).
