We offer structured and carefully thought out fitness classes led by Coach and Rehab Specialist, Sufian. As a yoga-based studios our focus is on holistic healing and mind-body transformation. Minimal equipment is used and our functional fitness classes are bodyweight-focused conducted using simple props like blocks, resistance bands, etc, to prevent any possible injuries and yet still ensuring you get a good workout for your targeted muscles group.
