Led by Devna Pani, Lead Yoga Instructor, who has over 5 years of experience and completed a rigorous 1300-hour teacher training program. Devna specialises in Ashtanga, Hatha, Pre-Natal, and Post-Natal Yoga, guiding her students towards holistic well-being and inner peace on the mat. She brings a deep understanding of Asanas, relaxation techniques, and breathwork to her classes, ensuring a nurturing and transformative experience for her students.
