For beginners and regular practitioners. Led by Agnes, Active Flow Yoga is a power flow class with an emphasis on core work, arm strength, and breath control, you will experience an energising flow through various poses, fostering focus and concentration.
Throughout the class, expect to engage in a series of postures that build strength and flexibility while maintaining proper alignment. As there will little time for individual corrections or adjustments, participants are encouraged to rely on their foundational knowledge of feet and body alignments to move mindfully through the sequences.
