Ginger is a powerful antibacterial and can aid in the liver’s elimination of harmful bacteria.
Coconut water aids in weight loss efforts, facilitates digestion, boosts hydration to achieve moist glowing skin, reduces blood pressure, is rich in nutrients and is the perfect thirst quencher.
Cucumber juice builds strong bone tissue, nourishes your kidneys, provides you with a source of copper which in turn produces healthy red blood cells that strengthens your connective tissues and boosts your immune system.

Antioxidant Juice Recipe
Serves 2 people
1 beetroot, peeled and cut into wedges
1 box of blue berries, washed
1 box of raspberries, washed
1/4 cucumber, cut into chunks
1 small piece of ginger, peeled and cut
1/2 cup of coconut water
Chia seeds, optional
Juice, in this order beetroot, cucumber, blue berries, raspberries and ginger. Add in the coconut water. Stir in the chia seeds if using and let soak for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately. We made this using our HUROM JUICER.
