Chinese Pear Parsley Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2 people

1 Packet of Parsley
1 red apple, peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cucumber, cut into chunks
1 chinese pear, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 Lime

Chia seeds, optional

PREPARATION :

Juice, in this order, chinese pear, apples, cucumber, parsley and lime. Stir in the chia seeds if using and let soak for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately. We made this using our HUROM JUICER.
